We are excited to be partnering with CHAMPS this year for our biennial Salary Survey. 

This survey provides an analysis of data from Region X Health Center Program grantees, enabling health centers to determine whether their salary and benefits packages are competitive compared to other organizations in the region.

  • Takes an average of 4 hours, though participants have the flexibility to spread it out over multiple sessions and your progress will be saved.​​

Participating and submitting your data with the salary survey tool is free. The prices in the table below are for those who wish to purchase the survey when it is complete.
Please have one person at your center complete the survey data collection by adding information for your health center directly into the electronic Excel document. Completed electronic surveys should be emailed to [email protected]
