This 2026 Region X NWRPCA Salary & Benefits Survey analyzes data from Region X Health Center Program grantees, enabling health centers to determine whether their salary and benefits packages are competitive compared to other organizations in the region.

Submissions are now open and will be open until Wednesday, April 29th. ​

We strongly encourage Health Centers to participate in the data collection process as this survey offers an in-depth analysis of data from Region X Health Center Program grantees. By participating, these organizations can assess the competitiveness of their salary and benefits packages compared to similar organizations within the region.​
