The Institute offers trainings to CHWs and care teams in CHW Supervision, Health Literacy, Boundaries and Safety, and Introduction to Clinical Settings. The Institute helps CHWs by keeping "One foot in the clinic, and one foot in the community."
The institute will provide training, technical assistance, and resources for community health centers to help them more effectively train, support, and integrate CHWs into health center care teams.
