The NWRPCA Peer Networking Center houses groups that provide staff members at community health centers and PCAs an opportunity to share knowledge and seek advice on topics critical to their work, allowing them to communicate directly with their peers about the issues and opportunities they are facing.
Peer Networking Groups
The Human Resources (HR) Peer Networking Group is an online forum for community health center (CHC) or Primary Care Association (PCA) employees to discuss HR policies, supervision, evaluation tools, formats for background checks and benefits, COVID-19 policies, and anything else HR related. Join even if your job title isn't "HR" to connect and support each other about all things HR through sharing best practices, discussing challenges, and learning about resources.
This group is private to individuals who work at any CHC or PCA in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington (federal Region X).
This online community is hosted by Google Groups.
