Northwest Public Health and ​Primary Care Leadership Institute
The Northwest Public Health and Primary Care Leadership Institute brings together emerging leaders from both sectors to develop more equitable and effective approaches to community health throughout our region. Presented by the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice and the Northwest Regional Primary Care Association, the Leadership Institute focuses on the intersection of public health and primary care, using a health equity focus to frame leadership development. It utilizes a variety of formats, including problem-based learning in which small groups take initiative to build leadership skills together through relevant and timely real-world case studies. The program includes in-person and virtual learning; and individual and team activities.
