NWRPCA/CHAMPS Governance Training Module

We are committed to providing community health centers with the latest education and training. To achieve this goal, NWRPCA and CHAMPS have teamed up to create a new governance module. This module covers essential topics necessary to bring your Board of Directors up to speed. The topics covered in this module include CHC 101, compliance, board optimization, strategic planning, leadership, and more. Our goal is to continue adding to this module to keep the content fresh and timely.

Each training session is approximately 60-70 minutes long and has been recorded in its entirety. Additionally, the full-length training videos have been divided into shorter, topic-specific chapters lasting about 15-20 minutes. This makes it easy to incorporate viewing a chapter during CHC board meetings, providing a great opportunity for board learning.
