Explore Telehealth for Your Health Center with Certintell

Is your patient no-show rate high?  Do some of your patients have difficulty finding transportation to your health center?


NWRPCA has partnered with Certintell, an innovative telemedicine company, to provide NWRPCA member health centers a 90-day free trial of their telehealth uCare Connect platform. The goal of this partnership pilot is to increase access to care to populations, minimizing missed appointments and streamlining services in community and migrant health centers (C/MHCs).


Pilot Objectives:

  • Decreasing missed appointments
  • Increasing revenue from more patient encounters per day
