Keynote Speakers
We’re excited to share two outstanding speakers who will be joining us at this year’s conference!


Tonya Bowers, Deputy Associate Administrator, Bureau of Primary Health Care
With more than 25 years of service, Tonya has been a steadfast champion of the Health Center Program. She will provide a federal update during one of the general sessions, join state-based meetings, and be available to connect directly with grantees.


Amanda Pears Kelly, CEO, Advocates for Community Health
Amanda leads national efforts to strengthen health care delivery for underserved populations and achieve health equity. A visionary leader and fierce advocate for community health centers, she will also be available throughout the conference to engage with attendees.
