The 2025 Spring Summit wasn’t just a gathering, it was a celebration of our community! Attendees heard from inspiring keynote speakers, joined dynamic breakout sessions that packed a punch, and had plenty of opportunities to mingle and network with fellow Community Health Center superheroes.

We were thrilled to share the magic together in Anchorage, Alaska!

Northwest Community Health Worker Forum

The 2025 Northwest Community Health Worker Forum is an exciting new initiative designed to empower Community Health Workers (CHWs), healthcare professionals, and community leaders dedicated to advancing health equity across diverse populations. By bringing together a diverse group of community partners, we aim to enhance the capacity of CHWs and their allies and advocates to effectively respond to the evolving healthcare landscape and improve health outcomes for those who need it most.
