Clinical Leadership Symposium (CLS II)
​Dates: September 8 – 10, 2025
Location: Hilton Motif, Seattle, WA

This program is offered by NACHC and NWRPCA.

Who Should Attend: This program is ideal for clinical leaders in supervisory and administrative roles, such as Chief Medical / Health Officers, Clinical/Dental/Behavioral Health/Pharmacy Directors, Nurses, Clinical Supervisors, or Administrators with direct clinical oversight.

Prerequisite: Strong foundational knowledge of a health center, including health center program basics, FTCA, basic finance, quality, etc. (These topics are covered in NACHC’s Clinical Leadership Symposium for New Clinical Leaders (CLS I), which you can explore further before attending CLSII if needed or so desired).

Overview: This intensive 3-day in-person program is specifically designed for clinical leaders in supervisory and administrative roles who are committed to fostering positive change, enhancing their leadership effectiveness, and cultivating strong, collaborative teams within health center organizations.
In today’s dynamic healthcare landscape, clinical leaders are increasingly tasked with navigating complex change, leading transformation, and inspiring their teams while improving patient care and organizational outcomes. This program provides a series of focused and practical frameworks and strategies to equip you with the essential skills and techniques to excel in these critical areas.

How To Apply and Register:
1) Potential participants must complete this application.
2) Upon submission of the application, NACHC staff will review your application and notify you of your acceptance within five business days.
3) If the application is accepted, NACHC will send you registration/payment instructions and any relevant hotel block information.
4) Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel arrangements to in-person events. Hotel costs and any other travel expenses are not included in the registration fees. 
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the course is full (approximately 60 participants) or until registration closes on September 1, 2025.

Standard Rate: $4500
NWRPCA Member Special: $3750*
NACHC Member Special: $3000*

*NACHC and NWRPCA will confirm membership status as part of the application process.
*Members of NACHC are eligible for our deepest discount. This includes NWRPCA members who also hold NACHC membership.
