Mission & Vision
Launched in 2020, NWRPCA (Northwest Regional Primary Care Association) developed the Community Health Worker Institute (CHWI) to serve as a training, technical assistance, and resource hub for community health centers to help them more effectively train and integrate community health workers (CHWs) into health center care teams. This integration training and technical assistance is essential for the success of a CHW in a healthcare setting.
