Northwest Regional Primary Care Association (NWRPCA) is firmly committed to privacy. We collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us. 

The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website. This site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Each time you visit our website or download files, we gather and store non-identifiable data about your visit including your domain, the type of browser you are using, the date and time you access our site, the site you were referred from and the pages you visit.

We use this information to learn about the number of visitors to our site and the types of technology our visitors use. We do not track information about individuals.

If you submit your personal information to us by filling out a membership application, event registration, newsletter subscription or other form, we store that information in order to best provide the service or information you request. 

We do not collect personal information for any other purposes. The information you provide is not given or sold to any other organizations or persons.

Event Policies

Payment
Payment must be received at the time of registration. We accept credit card payments for online registrations and credit card and check payments for mailed or faxed registration. You will be considered registered when payment is received.

Multiple Registrant Discount
We offer discounts for multiple registrants from one organization for some events. Please contact registrations@nwrpca.org if you believe your health center qualifies for a multiple registrant discount on an event you have registered for.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing and received at our office ten (10) days before the first day of the scheduled event. Tuition will be refunded less a $30 processing fee for cancellations received by this deadline. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded.

Substitution

Substitutions (replacing one pre-registered individual from an organization with another individual) will be accepted until the first day of the scheduled event. Registration substitutions are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.
