Trish is a
member of the Recruitment and Retention team. She focuses on the following:
maintaining a list of clinical job openings on the NWRPCA web site; screening
candidates and making referrals to health centers and other clinician recruitment

Human Resources Specialist
Karla is
a member of the Recruitment and Retention team. She focuses on the following:
sourcing candidates for health center clinical job openings; providing
technical assistance to health centers on HR and recruitment issues and
developing HR and related content for the primary care conferences

Leah coordinates the applications process for new members and serves as staff liaison to the Membership Committee.

Bruce Gray, MPA

Chief Executive Officer
Bruce directs all NWRPCA programs, staff and finances;
represents the organization with federal agencies and other regional and
national partners; advocates on behalf of member needs and concerns; and
develops new member services, programs and funding sources in response
to emerging needs and industry trends.

Accounting/Administrative Associate
Beverly handles all day-to-day accounting functions, acts as
office receptionist, coordinates day-to-day office operations, and provides
administrative support to NWRPCA staff.

Louise Miller

Education & Training Program Manager
Louise plans and oversees all education and training events, including regional conference planning and logistics, and acts as liaison to the Conference Planning Committee.

Seth Doyle

Migrant Health Coordinator
Seth serves as an information resource on regional migrant health and farmworker
issues. He provides grant writing and other technical assistance,
coordinates communication among organizations engaged in migrant health
activities in the West and analyzes and distributes policy-related information
as it relates to migrant farmworkers. Seth also coordinates content
planning for the Western Migrant Stream Forum.

Karen Stanfield

Conference Planner
For regional conferences, Karen organizes and negotiates hotel and
speaker logistics. She oversees the management of individual, on-site
based trainings and the partner organizations that provide these
classes. Karen also coordinates the Continuing Professional Education
credit process, and provides program and administrative support to the
Education and Training department.

Kevand Topping

Kevand acts as Registrar for all NWRPCA training & education events,
heads up the conference Registration Desk team, and provides support to

Technology & Communications Specialist
Andy coordinates technology projects and initiatives, maintains
NWRPCA’s computer infrastructure, including websites and listservs,
and produces printed materials.

Director of Programs
Jan has broad responsibilities for assisting the Chief Executive Officer in the execution of the association’s strategic plan, work plan and budget. She also oversees program staff, participates in organizational and program planning activities, and in the development and maintenance of collaborative partnerships.
