To apply for membership

Membership is by application through the Member Services Coordinator. Organizations and individuals may apply for membership in the appropriate one of four categories. When all application materials have been submitted, the Membership Committee screens each applicant according to published criteria. The final decision to accept a new member is made by the Board of Directors.

Memberships are organized into four categories, all offering reduced fees and opportunities to stay informed and connected. To learn about the benefits of specific member categories, see the table below.

 

Membership Category and Eligibility

Annual Dues

Benefits per Category

A. HEALTH CENTER MEMBERS

 

Federally Qualified Health Center members are private, non-profit corporations or public corporations that meet the organizational and operational requirements for funding under Section 330 of the US Public Health Service Act.

 

Annual Dues

 

.015% of Total Accrued Costs from UDS (Table 8A Line 17)
Minimum: $650
Maximum: $3000

  • Reduced conference and training fees
  • One day off of a full Spring Conference registration for someone who has never attended a NWRPCA training (one per member)
  • Access to workforce development services
  • Inclusion in NWRPCA networks and directories
  • Vote on business before the membership
  • Eligibility for election to board of directors and selection for membership on board committees

B. SAFETY NET AFFILIATE MEMBERS

 

Safety Net Affiliate members are private,
non-profit or public corporations, and as judged by a protocol approved by our board of directors, provide comprehensive primary health care services with a specific mission to serve low-income persons.

 

Annual Dues

 

$650

 

  • Reduced conference and training fees
  • Access to workforce development services
  • Inclusion in NWRPCA networks and directories

 

C. INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS

 

Individual members are individuals affiliated with not-for-profit organizations or institutions that are engaged in collaboration or partnership with us or whose missions, goals and objectives are similar to ours. (Individuals may become members in this category regardless of whether their employers have organizational membership.)

*Individuals who are employed by for-profit organizations or institutions are not eligible for membership.

 

Annual Dues

 

Employee of non-profit: $300


Current ATSU Student: Free


ATSU Alumni: $50

 

Individual and ATSU Alumni:

  • Reduced conference & training fees
  • Inclusion in NWRPCA networks & directories

 ATSU Student:

  • Inclusion in NWRPCA networks & directories
  • Free conference attendance at NWRPCA’s three annual conferences

D. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

 

Associate members are not-for-profit organizations or institutions that are engaged in collaboration or partnership with us or whose missions, goals and objectives are similar to ours.

*For-profit organizations are ineligible for membership.

 

Annual Dues

 

$650

 

 

  • One reduced conference registration or exhibitor fee for spring and fall conference per organizational member
  • Inclusion in NWRPCA networks and directories
