As one of two regional primary care associations in the nation, NWRPCA supports member health centers throughout Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Our 84 health centers operate over 600 clinic sites in diverse urban, suburban, rural, and frontier locations. Working for health centers is a rewarding and fulfilling experience.  NWRPCA Workforce Programs 



  NWRPCA hosts one of the 12 ATSU osteopathic medical school community campuses.  In this long-term recruitment strategy, NWRPCA provides a platform for Region X to “grow your own”
   A collaboration between NWRPCA + CHAMPS, EHCI provides academic, financial and operational consulting for CHCs, consortia, hospitals and universities around primary care residency development, expansion, or dissolution – at a national level




Administrative and Clinical Recruitment Resources




MH, a clinical recruitment firm, has exhibited and presented at past conferences.  They currently have a preferred vendor arrangement with NACHC.                              


                               The Inline Group, a clinical recruitment firm, has exhibited at several of NWRPCAs past conferences.  Inline has partnered directly with WA, AK and ID state PCAs, offering a discounted rate to any CHC members within those states.


National Cooperative Agreements 

ACU is a nonprofit, transdisciplinary organization of clinicians, advocates and health care organizations united in a common mission to improve the health of America’s underserved populations and to enhance the development and support of the health care clinicians serving these populations.  ACU has collaborated with NWRPCA primarily around connecting members to ACU recruitment/retention data profiles and how to interpret/utilize them, both on one-on-one and group contexts.

To support and fulfill this mission, The Community Health Center, Inc. pursues a business model that includes interagency cooperation, consumer control, and commitment to human rights and human dignity.In this sense, CHC strives to be a voice and vehicle for social change.
