Monday, March 13, 2017
Gilberto has been with CBHA for 2 years. As part of the Patient Benefits Department, he assists patients with the enrollment process for State and Federal programs. His
positive and happy behavior makes patients and co-workers feel comfortable around him. He provides excellent customer service to our patients and has great communications skills. His ambition to better serve our patients motivated him to learn how to register patients. After just two months, he was considered fully functional in the front desk and was able to assist patients during the registration process.
Gilberto is committed to our patients and to our organization, he is a person who shows his values through hard work rather than through words. Various words of recognition from employees and patients demonstrate that Gilberto is a Driven individual who models excellence.
Jose is an employee with excellent customer service skills. He is friendly, polite, and helpful with our patients. His passion for assisting our patients is one of Jose’s strongest skills. He has received several “How are we doing” forms with positive comments regarding patients he has assisted with their Health Care coverage needs.
Jose’s knowledge allows him to assist registering patients for Medical, Dental, Eye Care appointments and he is also capable of working in our Call Center answering calls as well. He is a Certified Navigator and has been assisting our patients to get enrolled in State and Federal Programs such as Apple Health and Qualified Health Plans thru the Washington Health Plan Finder’s website.
Jose shows commitment to the organization by his actions. He actively participates in different committees such as the Work Place of Choice and the Wellness program.
He also participates in many of CBHA’s events such as the flu clinics, cancer screenings and many other outreach events organized to serve our community.
