Excellence: We constantly aspire to excellence through innovation and continuous improvement.

Our Programs and Services

Since its beginnings, NWRPCA has offered a range of programs and services to build and strengthen Northwest health centers, from technical assistance and clinical coordination to training, clinician recruitment and farmworker health coordination, and advocating for Northwest issues to regional and national partners. Today, we offer four distinct programs to support the growth and development of health centers: the Learning Connections program (the Education & Training program), the Community Health Improvement program (previously know as the Migrant Health program), the Member Services program and the Workforce Development program. All of these services are aimed at helping community health centers become "professional homes" to their staff.

We also offer resources and services to build peer-supported learning communities for health center staff and volunteers.

As our most recent Annual Report shows, we are proud of the role we have played in helping health centers grow and thrive in the Northwest.
