NWRPCA has traditionally linked its members and friends through job-role specific listservs. While many of the original listservs, detailed below, are still operational, we now also offer a more multi-functional professional networking experience through LinkedIn.
A listserv is a mailing list that allows subscribers to communicate directly with their peers and colleagues about the issues they face in their daily work. Our function-specific listservs provide our members, as well as staff members at other health centers and PCAs, an opportunity to share knowledge and seek advice on topics critical to their work. All listservs are restricted to CMHC staff and PCA staff only. Individuals who work at any CMHC or PCA in the United States are eligible to apply for listserv activity.
Listservs transitioning to LinkedIn!
Effective immediately, some of our listservs are being transitioned to a more robust venue, LinkedIn. All of our LinkedIn groups are private with the exception of the Northwest Regional Health Center Network. Please see descriptions below regarding appropriate audience for each.

Before you can join a particular group, you do need to create your own LinkedIn profile. Northwest Regional Health Center Network (LinkedIn Group - public)
Anyone interested in or connected with health centers in the Northwest. This is a public LinkedIn Group. Members do not have to work at a community/migrant health center or a primary care association.
A listserv for health center and PCA CEOs, Executive Directors, and similar roles. CMHC and PCA staff only.
CFO Network/LinkedIn Group
Financial forecasting, RVU analysis and financing site/service expansion related to CMHCs. CMHC and PCA staff only.
Operations topics related to CMHCs. CMHC and PCA staff only.
Resources, tools and trainings for outreach workers, health educators, promotoras and lay health workers. Any Community Health Worker, promotora or health outreach worker may join the Community Health Workers listserv.
Credit and collections procedures/policies, salary scales, provider incentives, and practice management software related to CMHCs. CMHC and PCA staff only.
Comprehensive Coding/LinkedIn Group
Coding and billing for health care services. Any coding/billing specialist who is currently enrolled in an NWRPCA coding class or webinar or has completed such a class may join the Comprehensive Coding LinkedIn group.
Human Resources/LinkedIn Group
CMHC or PCA employee policies and compensation, supervision, evaluation tools, formats for background checks and benefits. CMHC and PCA staff only.
Training opportunities and clinical protocols related to CMHCs. CMHC and PCA staff only.
340B program, Medicare Part D and other pharmacy related issues of interest to CMHC pharmacy staff. CMHC and PCA staff only.
Those interested in dialogue, networking and resource sharing related to ACE research, models and best practices among community and migrant health center staff and Board members from the Northwest, NWRPCA staff, and interested health center staff and partners from across the nation.
