The NACHC Corporate Compliance Training has been specifically designed to assist health centers in implementing appropriate corporate compliance programs that focus on their highest risk areas. The training is presented by attorneys from Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP, who have developed the curriculum in conjunction with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). The compliance training will offer updates on the financial, clinical and regulatory risk areas affecting health centers and will offer guidance on how health center compliance programs can take action to address these risk areas.

We encourage health center CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, Board Members, Compliance Officers, QA Directors, and Site Directors to attend this training.

Please note: Each health center is required to purchase one NACHC Corporate Compliance Toolkit. The toolkit is an essential resource for health centers looking to create, maintain or improve their compliance program. The Health Center Corporate Compliance Toolkit was created specifically for health centers by NACHC and Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP and contains summaries of applicable standards, customizable templates of policies, procedures and forms, and guidance from the authors. The toolkit is $400.00 for a two-year subscription and will be a resource part of the Corporate Compliance Training. Purchase the toolkit upon registration for the training.
