Day One, December 14: How to prepare the UDS report

We addressed each of the report's tables, including a discussion of the changes that have been made and the definitions necessary to complete the Report. Day One was aimed at those who are responsible for gathering and reporting the data elements included in the UDS Report, as well as management and clinical staff who need to understand the definitions and concepts used and those who use the data in their program management and improvement activities.

Day Two, December 15: How to use UDS for program improvement

Specifically, we looked at a snapshot of blinded WA and OR grantee UDS indicators on a grid that together gave the picture of an effective, balanced program. We compared data and learned where indicators should be, and how to use data to improve a health center’s programs. Participants got a private report with where their health center measured within these UDS indicators.

CPE credits are available for this training.
