Outreach and Enrollment: H-2A Workers: Who, What and Outreach Resources

There has been rapid growth of the use of temporary foreign agricultural workers in the United States. Many of these workers are on H-2A visas who require education and assistance for obtaining health coverage. This raises important issues regarding health and access to health care that require special attention. This webinar presented an overview of the H-2A program as well as H-2A workers' rights and responsibilities under the Affordable Care Act. Strategies, efforts and organizational resources were shared for outreach utilization.
