Fall Primary Care Conference
Presented in partnership with Community Health Association of Mountain/Plains States (CHAMPS) in Region VIII. The conference alternates between Seattle and Denver.
It is one of the nation’s largest gatherings of primary care providers and community health administrators. Spend four days immersed in educational sessions and peer networking alongside representatives of more than 130 community health centers from 14 western states. Hear from informed and visionary leaders who will inspire you for the future as we continue to implement the Affordable Care Act, approach the funding cliff, provide outreach and enrollment, and think about how to improve the health care delivery system. Thanks to those who participated in the 2023 Fall Primary Care Conference!
Be sure to save the date for October 26 - 29, 2024 in Denver, Colorado! |
