Call for Papers

Thank you for considering a presentation with us. Please fill out the online form in order to submit your presentation and associated files. Submissions are reviewed by a panel of health center members and other industry professionals.

Unfortunately, we will select the only the presentations which are best suited for our conference theme and the limited number of breakout sessions. We will contact you when we have made our decision regarding your submission and will keep your submission on file for possible presentation at a future conference. Feel free to submit as many sessions as you wish.
