The Fall Primary Care Conference is a collaboration between NWRPCA (Region X) and CHAMPS (Region VIII), including a partnership with WCN (Region IX). A cornerstone of our educational offerings, each conference brings together experts and learners to share knowledge and resources, as well as, to energize each other in the quest for continual growth and improvement in all aspects of the CMHC world.
